Prizes and Awards
The Academy recognises and rewards excellence in medical education.
Honorary Fellowship to exceptional individuals whose contributions are often internationally recognised and who have made a significant contribution to medical education. A list of Honorary Fellows is available here.
The President's Medal is awarded annually to an individual who has made an exceptional and sustained contribution to medical education and who will usually not have achieved recognition previously by other medical education organisations. This award is one of the highest conferred by the Academy. Recipients of the President's Medal have been:

- 2011 Paul Bradley
The Academy is recognised by the Advisory Committee on Clinical Excellence Awards as a specialist society and is able to support medical educators in their applications for Clinical Excellence Awards.
