Assessment for Healthcare Educators

Assessment for Healthcare Educators was a one-day event delivered by Cardiff University Centre for Medical Education and the Academy of Medical Educators, with the ASME Psychometrics Special Interest Group.

Absolutely terrific keynote talks were delivered by Professor John Cookson, Emeritus Professor at Hull York Medical School and Professor Richard Fuller, Director of Medical Education Programmes, University of Leeds. Prof Cookson gave us the benefit of his incredible experience of five decades in assessment and Prof Fuller put current practices under a microscope and asked us to thoroughly examine them.

There were workshops from experienced and up and coming professionals in the field of assessment, all of whom have very kindly allowed us to provide their slide presentations below for the benefit of those not lucky enough to attend.
